Using shop bought puff pastry simply roll it out to roughly 5mm thick.
Cover one half with grated cheese and bacon and the other half spread QC as shown in the photo. Fold the pastry over and cut into strips using the bacon as your guide. Holding each end of a strip twist then baste with egg wash.
Put them on an oven tray and into a pre heated oven 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
