I’m quite lazy when it comes to mussels.

Although it is very rewarding making your own sauce to steam the mussels in I believe the vacuum packed ready to steam ones out of the supermarket fridges are just as good.

Half way through steaming add 1tsp of QC to the pot, stir though. You can always add more QC to your own bowl before mopping the  sauce up.
