Spanish Prawns

With Ciabatta Bread

Great as part of a tapas menu or on their own.

Using a smallish deep based frying pan add 100ml of olive oil and heat gently.

Add 2 crushed/chopped cloves of garlic, fry for a couple of minutes or until half done.

Add 200g of raw prawns along with 1/2tsp of QC. Fry for 4-5mins until the prawns are cooked through.

Garnish with dried parsley, serve with wedges of lime and slightly toasted slices of ciabatta bread.
