Roast Chicken

Stuffed with Orange & Herbs.

In a small bowl add 25g of soft butter along with 1/2tsp of QC to make a rub. In a larger bowl add some cut up oranges, 1tbsp of mixed herbs and 1/2tsp of QC.

Remove the string from the room temperature chicken, smother it with the rub and stuff it with the oranges. Get your oven on full whack, put the chicken in and after 15mins reduce it to 170 (fan) and cook accordingly to the chickens weight.

Serve with salad and roast potatoes or chips, this is lovely all year round.
