Make a rub using 2tbsp of lemon, fish sauce, soy sauce (or teriyaki) and 2tsp of QC. Lay the Pork Belly out and score the meat side with a sharp knife. Smother the cut pork with the rub.
Slice a red onion and lay it in the slow cooker, sprinkle with ground pepper. Cut the pork into large chunks and add on top of the onion. Cook on high for six hours, slice a pepper and add to the cooker for a final hour. Serve with rice.
